Missing Oklahoma Woman Last Seen in Texas May Need Medical Care: Police

Police are searching for an Oklahoma woman last seen Sunday in Cameron County, Texas.

Shauna Messer Vanbuskirk, 38, was last seen Sunday at around 10 p.m. Sunday near Padre Island Highway and Ruben M. Torres, Cameron County Sheriff Eric Garza said. She was last seen wearing a black sports bra and black shorts as he walked away from America’s Best Value Inn Hotel and toward Minnesota Avenue.

Garza said Banbuskirk’s family hasn’t heard from her and they’re worried about her safety, CBS 4 reports. She’s an Oklahoma native and could need medical care.

Vanbuskirk is described as a white female who stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She has tattoos on both forearms and a butterfly tattoo on the right side of her neck.
