Crime Stories with Nancy Grace: Justice for Dad of 3 Shot Dead at Son’s College Family Weekend

What was supposed to be a fun-filled weekend with his son, turned tragic as a New York father is killed at his hotel.

Paul Kutz, 53, dies after a man opens fire in the hotel lobby, firing as many as thirty shots. Two men with reported gang ties were arrested for the shooting, Roy Johnson Jr. and Devin Taylor.

Johnson was the shooter and was ultimately sentenced to the maximum life sentence, 58 years to life in state prison.
