On the evening of August 15,  Connor and Betty Bowman stay home and have drinks together.

The last drink Betty remembered having was a smoothie. The next morning Betty Bowman is sick. So sick she goes to the hospital where they admit her and treat her for what seems like food poisoning. Betty Bowman is 32 and healthy but over the next four days, her condition worsens and she dies.
