Found Safe: AMBER Alert Cancelled For 1-year-old Alabama Tot

UPDATE: Police announced that 1-year-old Prince Burge was found safe and Burge was taken into custody Thursday.

An AMBER Alert was issued out of Alabama Thursday, for a 1-year-old boy last seen in Decatur.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Prince Burge was last seen at the Decatur Morgan Hospital Tuesday morning at around 4 a.m., in a light blue onesie and a dark brown jacket.

Officials believe that the child is with 33-year-old Christopher Lynn Burge, traveling in a white Jeep Wrangler with a Massachusetts tag number, 4SAN14.

Burge is described as a Black male who stands 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing around 210 pounds.

Anyone with information on the pair’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Decatur Police Department at (256) 341-4660.
