San Antonio police are searching a for woman who reportedly went to work out at a Universal City gym and never returned home.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Melissa Garcia was last seen on April 23 at Orangetheory Fitness at around 6 a.m., off Pat Booker Road in Universal City. Police said she drives a blue 2017 Nissan Versa.
Employees at Orangetheroy verified that Garcia was at the gym between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. Family members added that Garcia usually came home after her workout before heading to work.
Garcia is described as standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing workout clothes and black leggings.
Deputies indicated that there is suspicion that Melissa might be in Houston.
