Police in Chicago are searching for an 18-year-old teen who hasn’t been seen in days.

According to FOX 32 Chicago, police said Aiyana Potack was last seen Monday in the 2500 block of West Leland Avenue. She’s described as standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to eall the Area Three detectives at (312) 744-8266 or dial 911.
