FOUND SAFE: Security Footage Captures Screaming Woman as Male Possibly Abducts Her

UPDATE

According to the Wichita Police Department, a woman seen screaming on security footage October 12 has been safely located.

“We have identified the female as a 35-year-old female who lives in the area where the video was captured,” the department stated on Facebook.

“At this stage of the investigation, we believe this incident is a case of domestic violence between the female and her boyfriend. The female does not have any significant injuries.

“We are continuing our investigation into the video and if the case will be presented to the appropriate attorney’s office for formal charging consideration.”

Police in Kansas released security footage reportedly showing a male suspect abducting a woman from a Wichita home.

According to FOX News Digital, the incident happened on October 12, in the 1400 block of North Volutsia. An unknown male is seen grabbing an unknown woman and dragging her away, at around 2 a.m.

“At this time, we have not been able to identify the female and male seen in the video,” the Wichita Police department said on social media. “Exploring all options, we’ve reached out to our regional and federal law enforcement partners for additional assistance.”

“Your assistance is vital in helping us ensure her safety.”
