FOUND: Police Seek Tips on Missing San Antonio Woman with Medical Condition

Police in Texas are searching for a San Antonio woman who has not been seen since Tuesday.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Katrina Mayfield was last seen “near the corner of TX-16 and Bandera,” News4SA reports. She was seen leaving a near the 18000 block of State Highway 16.

Mayfield is described as standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. She has a medical condition and authorities are concerned for her safety.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white shirt, a gray hat, and jeans.
