BOLO: Police Seek Tips on Missing 17-Year-Old New York Teen

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office in New York is searching for a 17-year-old boy.

According to ABC 13, Javier Melendez was last seen Thursday at around 2:30 p.m., in Henrietta. He was last seen in the 1700 block of Lehigh Station Road.

Javier is described as standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing around 160 pounds. Police reportedly said, at this time, there is no evidence that the teen is in danger.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact 911.
