The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office in California has announced a $20,000 reward for a Native American woman who has not been seen since 1991.
According to FOX 10, Andrea “Chick” White was last seen at Highway 299 near the Blue Lake off-ramp in Humboldt County, on July 31, 1991. She was 22 when she vanished.
The reward is a combined combination of $5,000 from the Bureau of Indian Affairs Missing and Murdered Unit, and $15,000 from the Hoopa Valley Tribe.
The sheriff’s office said that White may have been gotten a ride from someone in a “white over green 1964 Chevy Impala four-door with mud/snow tires on the rear,” at around 1:30 p.m.
White is described as standing 5 feet tall and weighing around 115 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
