FBI Offers Up to $50K Reward: California Man Wanted for Murder & Disappearance of 2 Children

A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to a California man wanted in connection with the death of his partner and the disappearance of his two children.

According to The Bee, the FBI is offering up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of Camron Lee. Another $25,000 is offered for information leading to his children, Athena Lee, 5, and Mateo Lee, 3.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Sacramento police said they were called to a North Sacramento home just before 7:30 p.m. on July 8, 2024, and found Angelica Bravo dead. The children, 4 and 2 at the time, were not in the home.

Authorities said Bravo had numerous “abrasions and contusions” on her body, including on her torso, head, face, and extremities. She also had tongue hemorrhaging and possible signs of smothering.

Toxicology testing revealed the presence of MDMA, MDA and cannabinoids in her system, but officials said homicidal violence could not be ruled out, and subsequently charged Lee with murder.

“Bravo’s family has suffered for over a year as they mourn the loss of Angelica and fear for the safety of Athena and Mateo,” Sid Patel, the Special Agent in Charge with the FBI Sacramento, said in a statement.

“We urge anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Lee and his children to come forward.”

On July 10, 2024, a vehicle believed to be driven by Lee entered Mexico, the Sacramento Police Department said. The vehicle, a 2023 Honda Passport, had reportedly been a loaner vehicle from a dealership.

Police later found the vehicle abandoned in Ensenada.

In addition to murder, Lee has been charged with four counts of possession of an assault weapon. He also has a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the FBI at 800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), online at tips.fbi.gov, or call Sacramento police at 916-808-5471. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
