Police in South Dakota are seeking tips that lead to the whereabouts of a 12-year-old boy, reported missing in Rapid City Monday night.
According to the Rapid City Police Department, he was last seen at around 2 p.m., in the 600 block of North 7th Street, wearing a black puffy vest, black jeans, a hooded Jordan sweatshirt, and black and red Jordan shoes.
