Law enforcement returned to Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona home Wednesday, as the investigation into the 84-year-old’s disappearance continues.
According to The New York Post, investigators convened around the Catalina Foothills home Wednesday afternoon. Around 10 people, including “two men in suits,” were spotted, with one person walking to the back of the residence.
Investigators were seen at the front door of the home, FOX 10 reports. Black SUVS arrived with a handful of people exiting the vehicles and walking around the side of the home.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, investigators believed someone took Nancy Guthrie against her will from her Catalina Foothills home.
She was last seen January 31 after her family dropped her off at home, following dinner. They reported her missing the following day after she failed to show up for church.
Authorities have yet to identify any suspects, but the FBI released information pertaining to an armed man spotted on Nancy’s Nest doorbell camera. According to agents, he:
- Stands 5 feet, 9 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall
- Has a medium to average build
- Had on black gloves, a mask and
- Had on a black 25-liter Ozark Trail backpack, that is sold exclusively at Walmart
- Had on clothing likely bought at Walmart, although likely not exclusive at Walmart
Additional images released earlier this week appear to have shown the suspect at Nancy Guthrie’s home at least twice.
A law enforcement source acknowledged differences in the images — in one, the suspect is wearing a backpack and in others, he is not — when speaking with a KOLD reporter. The source could not say when either image was shot since the images have no date or time stamp.
Menawhile, Nancy’s daughter, “Today”show host, Savannah Guthrie, announced on Instagram this week that the family is offering a $1 million reward for Nancy’s return.
“Please keep praying without ceasing,” she said. “We still believe. We still believe in a miracle. We still believe that she can come home, hope against hope, as my sister says. We are blowing on the embers of hope.”
“We also know that she may be lost. She may already be gone.”
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, however, dismissed discrepancies between the photos, saying that “any suggestion that the photographs were taken on different days is purely speculative.”
