A Florida woman is facing charges after allegedly firing shots at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home Sunday.
According to the Los Angeles Times, police arrested Ivanna Ortiz and charged her with attempted murder. She’s currently behind bars in Los Angeles, on a $10.2 million bail amount.
The Los Angeles Police Department stated that Ortiz fired “at least 10 shots” into the singer’s Beverly Crest home, in the in the 9500 block of Heather Road, on Sunday afternoon at around 1:15 p.m.
She had allegedly been armed with an AR-15-style weapon and began firing shots while inside a white Tesla. Numerous rounds hit the outside walls, gate, and a vehicle.
Later on Sunday, officers found Ortiz at the at the Sherman Oaks Galleria Shopping Center and took her into custody.
NBC 4 reports that prior to the shooting, Ortiz posted disturbing messages on YouTube, accusing Rihanna of being a jealous “witch” who stole from her.
“Got Rihanna over there all jealous … because how am I … how am I … because her face is the devil,” Ortiz said in a clip.
“I don’t like her and she’s always trying to steal from me. And she has not ever put out any music to reach people. She only put out her little music so she could do witchcraft.”
Ortiz also made reference to Rihanna on her Facebook page, insinuating that the Grammy Award-winning singer had been talking behind her back.
“Say something to me directly instead of sneaking around like you talking to me where I’m not at.”
NBC 4 reports that Ortiz has a previous arrest in Florida for domestic violence and battery.
Rihanna and partner ASAP Rocky were in the home during the shooting, along with their three young children. No one was injured.

What remains unclear is if Ortiz had a connection to the singer.
A source told People magazine that Rihanna didn’t understand why her family had been targeted.
“Even with a great security team in place, it’s scary to realize that something like this can still happen,” the source said.
“Rihanna heard the shots, but was initially confused about what happened. She doesn’t understand why someone would target her family.”
Another source reportedly said that Rihanna is “is freaking the f out.”
