University of Virginia running back Mike Hollins was one of the first off the charter bus in Charlottesville when the shooting started last Sunday. When he realized no one else was behind him, he went back and found himself face-to-face with accused gunman Christopher Jones, ESPN reports in an interview with his mother, Brenda. The shooting left three of Hollins’ teammates dead.
