Club Q Shooting Suspect Is Grandson of California Assemblyman, Was Arrested for Bomb Threat Last Year
Mass shooting
Anderson Lee Aldrich, the 22-year-old suspect in the Club Q mass shooting, was arrested last year for an alleged bomb threat against his mother, although the charges were later dropped and the record sealed, the Gazette reports. He’s also the grandson of California State Assemblyman Randy Voepel, who lost his reelection bid earlier this month and was known for calling the January 6 Capitol insurrection the “first shots against tyranny.”
