WATCH: ‘Cash Me Ousside’ girl fights airline passenger

Danielle Bregoli was reportedly banned from Spirit Airlines following a Monday night brawl with a female passenger.

Bregoli, 13, and her mother Ann Peskowitz allegedly got into an altercation with the passenger after Peskowitz, in a cast due to a foot injury, took too long to put a carry-on bag in the overhead compartment.

The video obtained by TMZ shows the woman spitting at Peskowitz as passengers attempted to separate them. The woman supposedly put Bregoli under citizen’s arrest before the trio were removed from the flight out of LAX. The incident led to no arrests because no one wanted to press charges. However, Spirit issued a lifetime ban to Bregoli, Peskowitz, and the unidentified passenger.

Bregoli took to the social media Tuesday afternoon to give her side of the story. The teen claimed in a since-deleted video posted to Facebook and Instagram that Peskowitz only “put her hands on her [the passenger’s] throat and pushed her back” because she threatened to fight Bregoli.

The Daily Beast reported that Bregoli also admitted she “only hit her one time.”

“She was saying she was going to fight me. My mom was like put your hands on my kid. My mom took her by her throat, pushed her back and then the lady pushed my mom back. She got her ass whooped by a f**king 13-year-old cause you wanna’ do heroin and snort f**king crack and drink.”

Bregoli became an Internet sensation after appearing on Dr. Phil in September. Though the episode, entitled, “I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime,” aimed to provide guidance to the out-of-control teen, her appearance birthed memes and thrust her into online stardom.

Since then, Bregoli and Peskowitz have capitalized off the teen’s signature line, “Cash me outside. How bout dat?”

According to the Post, Bregoli is expected to return to the talk show next week.
