Judge says dwarf who harassed underage girls for sex is TOO SHORT for prison

A man who demanded sex and naked pictures from two underage girls was reportedly spared from prison because he’s a dwarf.

According to the Daily Express, Bryan Anthony Bowen, 26, was convicted of contacting two girls, ages 13 and 15, through Facebook and soliciting nude pictures and sex. Despite this, Judge Rhys Rowland described Bowen as “small in stature, and emotionally inadequate”—thus ineligible for prison.

Rowland said the Wales man would have a “very hard time” behind bars and handed him a 48-week prison sentence, suspended for two years. In a Mold Crown Court, defense attorneys argued that their client shouldn’t be jailed because he also has a learning disability.

Prosecutor Anna Price accused Bowen of sending a 15-year-old a message saying “do you want to f–k?” When the girl blocked him, Bowen sent her another message saying “I will f–k you for your birthday present,” The Sun reported.

Upon his arrest, officers seized his laptop and unearthed another message that Bowen sent to a 13-year-old where he commented on the girl’s body and asked if she had a boyfriend.

The tabloid reported that Bowen originally claimed that he believed the girls were over 16 but ultimately pleaded guilty to two counts of inciting a child to carry out a sex act.

The judge chalked it up as Bowen “trying to live out some sort of fantasy,” according to the Express.

Rowland also called Bowen’s behavior “very, very wrong” and warned that Bowen would be thrown in prison if he violates the terms of his order.

In addition to a 3-month curfew, Bowen was also given a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and required to register as a sex offender.
