Man found in cemetery with group of underage, unconscious foster girls: Cops

A Mississippi man is facing criminal charges after police reportedly found him in a cemetery with five underage girls—two of whom were unconscious.

Per WLOX, Jordan McClain, 20, had picked up a group of girls from a foster home in Mobile, Alabama, last weekend after meeting a 16-year-old girl on Facebook. Authorities said the five girls ranged in age from 11 to 16.

A concerned citizen called police to report a group of apparently intoxicated people at a beach.

An officer ultimately located McClain and the four girls at a nearby cemetery, according to the news station.

The two unconscious girls were hospitalized and released. Authorities ultimately learned that the two girls were under the influence of marijuana and Xanax, the SunHerald reported.

The five girls were eventually returned to their foster home. Meanwhile, McClain was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three felony counts of child abuse causing serious bodily harm.

The Mississippi man is jailed at Jackson County Adult Detention Center. His bond was set at $25,200.
