A Florida man was caught on tape running from his elderly neighbor who was allegedly trying to run him over with his tractor during a dispute.

According to WJXT, Scott Lynch told deputies that a disagreement over property led Howard Lamar Morris to hop onto his tractor and drive on Lynch’s property to mow him over. Lynch can be seen fleeing from Morris, who’s aboard a tractor traveling in his neighbor’s direction.

“Run, fat a**!” the elderly veteran is heard yelling at a bolting Lynch.

Lynch said the chase ended when he ran into his garage and shut the door.

The State Attorney’s Office and the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office recently released video and two 911 calls related to the June 19 incident that resulted in Morris’ arrest, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

“Yeah, he chased him down on his tractor and my husband had to run, yes,” Lynch’s wife reportedly said in one of two 911 calls she made. The newspaper reported that Lynch’s wife also taped last month’s altercation.

Morris was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released after posting $2,500 bond. WJAX reported that he was ordered to have no contact with his neighbor.
