Surveillance cameras at a Georgia restaurant reportedly caught a waitress flooring a handsy customer who walked behind her and grabbed her buttocks.

According to LADbible, Emelia Holden, 21, was spotted on a security camera, sorting menus on the patio at Vinni Van Go-Go’s in downtown Savannah when a man walked behind her and groped her. The video, originally posted to Reddit, showed Holden grabbing the man from behind before wrapping her arms around his neck and taking him to the ground.

“I just did what I felt was best. I took the guy down and had my co-workers call the police,” Holden recalled to LADbible. “As soon as the cops saw the CCTV footage, they immediately arrested the man. He sat in jail until Monday so, in my opinion, he got what he deserved.”

The Savannah Morning News identified the customer as Ryan Cherwinski, 31, who was arrested and charged with sexual battery in connection with the June 30 incident. The original Reddit post indicated that Cherwinski was with his wife and two children when he was taken into custody.

“The guy claimed that he was just trying to push me out of the way and, ‘Oh, I barely touched you,” Holden told People. “Once the police saw the video, they immediately arrested him. There was no doubt that he did it.”

“You have every right to wear what you want and you most certainly have every right to defend yourself.”
