OUTRAGE! No charges for mom caught dunking toddler son’s head in toilet in viral video

Authorities declined to charge a Florida mother who was reportedly caught on camera dunking her 3-year-old son’s head in a toilet while her older son filmed it.

The state attorney’s office decided not to criminally charge Kaitlyn Wolf, finding that there was no evidence of neglect or physical abuse. Conversely, police and the Florida Department of Children and Families interviewed the child and found that Wolf  “threatened harm of mental injury due to bizarre punishment,” according to WFTV.

Wolf told the outlet she wanted to wash her son’s mouth out with soap but decided to punish him in this controversial way after seeing it done in a film. The mother claimed she sent the video to his son’s babysitter as a joke and she sent it to her boyfriend’s ex.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Wolf was seen on video pulling her son’s arms back and forcing the toddler’s head into the toilet as he screams.

While Wolf admitted to the act, she said they normally play “rough” and that her son wasn’t harmed by the ordeal.

“His head was never under the water, his face never got wet. It was maybe the top or this part of his hair,” she told WFTV, adding that she’s received death threats since the video went viral.

“It’s scary to think I might lose my children over this—over a joke that we played.”
