Mom does karate in Walmart parking lot as naked son exposes himself to customers & dog steals muffin mix from store: Cops

Wisconsin officers said they encountered a bizarre scene Wednesday night when they responded to a reported theft at Walmart and discovered a family affair that entailed a naked son, a mom doing martial arts, and their unleashed dog stealing food from the shelves.

According to a Facebook post by the Eau Claire Police Department, officers discovered Lisa Smith, 46, screaming in the store’s entryway for “Bo,” the dog that had stolen a box of Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix and attempted to leave the store. Earlier, Walmart staff had kicked Smith out for allegedly dismantling store displays and placing them in her cart.

“When Officers approached Vann he refused to stop and attempted to run over an Officer with his scooter. Officers physically stopped the scooter and arrested Vann,” the police department wrote.

Upon her arrest, Smith reportedly also fought officers and attempted to kick out a window on the police cruiser.

Smith was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and bail jumping. Vann was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct, and retail theft. Authorities haven’t revealed whether drugs or alcohol played a role in Wednesday’s incident.

Meanwhile, officers apprehended Bo and took him to the Humane Society.

They quipped, “The dog was not charged – we issued him a warning for the theft.”

Last night shortly before 8:30pm Officers were called to Walmart for a retail theft in progress. They were told a…
