‘Teen Mom’ star Jenelle Evans’ husband shoots, kills family dog: Reports

“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans has come under fire after her husband reportedly shot and killed her French bulldog for biting their 2-year-old daughter.

The Blast reported that Evans’ husband, Davis Eason, fatally shot her dog Tuesday in North Carolina. Eason’s said to have posted encounter that he says led him to kill the canine, named Nugget, to his Instagram account.

“I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face…whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that s**t at all,” Eason wrote in the post’s caption.

He continued, “I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively.”

Eason reportedly also posted a photo of his daughter’s face, depicting what apparently shows a red mark caused by the dog.

The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Blast that they responded to Evans’ home Tuesday evening but nobody was home. They said they returned Tuesday morning and spoke with Eason, who claimed everyone at the residence was safe.

A law enforcement source told TMZ that Eason had told police that Nugget was alive and refused to allow them to see him.

Police said they informed Columbus County Animal Control of the dog’s alleged shooting. Since then, Animal Control told The Blast that there’s nothing they can do as they handle abuse claims involving animals that are alive.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Eason won’t face criminal charges for the dog’s death unless Evans reports it.
