Authorities in Kentucky are asking for the public’s help in locating a 3-year-old girl who disappeared with her mother, who has an active arrest warrant and possibly is armed.

A man reportedly entered the Logan County Sheriff’s Office on May 30 and claimed he was granted emergency custody of his daughter, Amya Grace Otero, after her mother, Amanda Marie Otero, 32, failed to appear for an emergency custody hearing with the child. The man stated that the pair could have left the state but might be in Warren County, according to WBKO.
