Children duck and run from wild shootout on Chester city street

Surveillance video captured a wild shootout in Chester, Pennsylvania, Friday morning, as two men fired at one another while recklessly circling a mini-van parked on a city street blocks from two schools, CBS Philly reported.

In the video released by Chester Police, children on their way to school duck for cover behind other vehicles as the two men battle it out, before one knocks over a newspaper box and flees the scene. According to NBC10, the gunfight took place a block from Columbus Elementary School and two blocks from Chester High School, where two students were shot by an unidentified assailant on Thursday walking home from school.

Police identified one of the men — the man in lighter clothing who appears to fire first — as Haneef Payne and issued a warrant for his arrest, NBC10 reported. The department asked for help identifying the second man.
