URGENT MISSING: Diabetic who requires daily insulin inexplicably vanishes from relative’s home, cops say

Police in Tennessee are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman with type 1 diabetes who was last seen at a family member’s home on Sunday night.

Clarksville police wrote in a Facebook post that Charlotte Harshman, 26, was reported missing on Tuesday. Harshman was reportedly staying with a relative who last saw her in the home at around 9 p.m. on Sunday. Police said she was gone the following morning.

Harshman reportedly has type 1 diabetes and needs to use insulin on a daily basis.

While police initially stated that Harshman is possibly a victim of foul play or abduction, their Facebook post was recently updated to reflect there’s no indication that her disappearance is criminal in nature.
