An Indiana woman was arrested on neglect charges a day after Tuesday’s death of her 11-month-old daughter.

WRTV reported that Emmarie Pablo died shortly after being transported to a hospital in Elmwood. As of Thursday, her mother, Anna Pablo, 22, is facing preliminary charges in connection with her death.
