MISSING: Cellphone, car discovered after woman vanishes from home [Police]

Virginia authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who reportedly vanished on Saturday afternoon.

WWBT reported that Jocelyn Stephanie Hayden, 22, was last seen at her home in Henrico on April 18. Henrico police said her dark blue Honda Civic was found on the corner of Cary and Lombardy Streets in downtown Richmond. Her phone was reportedly found on Belvidere Street in the downtown Richmond area.

Henrico police described Hayden as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 110 pounds, and having brown hair and blue eyes. She reportedly has multiple tattoos, including one of her foot which says “limitless.”

Hayden was reportedly wearing a tank top, dark jeans, and black boots at the time of her disappearance.
