Georgia woman shoots at girlfriend, hits apartments where people are sleeping instead [Cops]

A Georgia woman has been charged with seven counts of aggravated assault for shooting at her girlfriend and hitting two apartments where people were sleeping instead.

Nikeitta M. Chappell, 31, was arrested by Flowery Branch police and Hall County sheriff’s deputies after she allegedly fired five shots at her girlfriend, who was driving through the Victoria Court Apartments parking lot at around 2 a.m.

Three of the shots hit two apartments, but no one was injured.

But three people were sleeping in each of the two apartments, so Chappell was charged with aggravated assault for all six of those people plus her girlfriend.

She’s being held in the Hall County Jail without bond.
