AMBER Alert: 6-year-old Idaho boy may be with non-custodial mother and teen boy

Idaho State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for 6-year-old Leo Isador Hiibel-Cloutier, who was last seen on Sunday at Super 1 Foods in Rathdrum, KUTV reported.

Police said they believe the boy was abducted his non-custodial mother, Mimi Charmayne Hiibel, 35, and that 16-year-old Gene Heckman may be with them, according to KPIC.

They may be headed to Oklahoma or Nevada, police said.’

Hiibel is described as a white woman with brown hair, green eyes, 5’4″ and about 145 pounds. She has a tattoo of a “J” on her left hand.

Leo has black hair and brown eyes, is about 4 feet tall and 70 pounds. He was last seen wearing black corduroy pants, a white T-shirt, black tennis shoes, and a camouflage hooded jacket.

Heckman has brown hair and hazel eyes,  5’11” and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan jacket and boots.

The Rathdrum Police Department said Leo was last seen at the Super 1 Foods at about 8 a.m. on Sunday.
