Police seek help to solve murder of beautiful 17-year-old girl found dead outside a Bojangles

A 17-year-old girl was found shot to death inside her car at a a North Carolina Bojangles restaurant Saturday night, and police are searching for clues as to what happened.

Raleigh police said they were investigating Veronica Lee Baker’s death as a homicide, WRAL reported.

The Raleigh News & Observer said officers were called the fast food restaurant on Jones Sausage Road near the Interstate 40 interchange at about 8:20 p.m. Baker was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further details were available.

Friends quickly began to memorialize Baker on social media, while others shared her photo and called for help finding her killer.
