Police in Texas recently arrested 21 suspects during a two-day anti-human trafficking operation.

On Saturday, the city of Beaumont described the 21 men as “sex buyers” who solicited minors and adults. KFSM reported that some of the 21 suspects have been released on bond.

The Beaumont Police Department and Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office collaborated for the two-day joint operation. Officials said additional charges are forthcoming as authorities complete their investigation.

The following men, who are from Texas and Louisiana, are facing various charges in connection with the anti-human trafficking operation:

• Taha Khan, 29, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution. Released Friday on $5,000 bond.
• Robert George, 50, from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Was charged with prostitution (younger than 18). Released Saturday on $25,000 bond.
• Phillip Ray, 65, from Port Neches, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution. Remains jailed on $3,000 bond.
• Dr. Sadiq Ali, 33, from Houston, Texas. Charged with prostitution (younger than 18). Released Saturday on $25,000 bond.
• Jermaine Pattum, 29, from Jennings, Louisiana. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution. Released Saturday on $3,000 bond.
• Omar Resendiz, 30, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with prostitution (younger than 18). Remains jailed on $25,000 bond.
• Venkata Kishore Yadan Penneru, 26, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with prostitution. Released Saturday on $3,000 bond.
• Jordan Mitchell, 33, from Lumberton, Texas. Charged with prostitution (younger than 18). Released Saturday on $30,000 bond.
• Brant Erwin, 26, from Vidor, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution. Released Saturday on $3,000 bond.
• Devendra Sah, 28, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with prostitution (younger than 18). Released Saturday on $25,000 bond.
• Oliver Rodriguez, 29, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution. Released Saturday on $3,500 bond.
• Christopher Herring, 40, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Quenton Pickens, 33, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Emiliano Beltran, 42, from Lumberton, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.
• Edward Jimenez, 31, of Port Arthur, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Joey Hall, 40, from Kirbyville. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Bobby Armstrong, 45, from Vidor, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution and prostitution (younger than 18).
• Ivan Banks, 37, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Steven McBroom, 46, from Silsbee, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
• Dr. Rajen Bhulabhai Desai, 62, from Beaumont, Texas. Charged with misdemeanor prostitution.
