MISSING: 15-year-old Chicago girl known to frequent libraries

Chicago police are looking for a 15-year-old girl who was last seen earlier Sunday in the city’s western Lawndale neighborhood, CBS Chicago reports.

Marsha Tate, who goes by “Shay,” is 5 feet 4 inches, about 180 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complexion. She may have been wearing a burgundy coat with a fur-trimmed hood or a pink jacket with a black hooded jacket and black pants.

She is wearing her hair in single brains and may be carrying a round baby blue or gray purse and a small, peach-colored backpack.

Police said she’s known to frequents areas near her home as well as nearby libraries.
