A mother and her 12-year-old son are missing from the West End in Pittsburgh.

Toni Baker, 41, and her son Najeh Taylor are said to be “vulnerable” by Pittsburgh police.

Baker is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 150 pounds with brown eyes. Taylor is 4 feet 5 inches tall and 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said the two were in a white Buick Enclave SUV with Pennsylvania plate number LPH4746 and were heading toward the Wilkinsburg area.
