Deputies Search Landfill, Home for Florida Woman Missing Since Sunday Night

Florida sheriff’s deputies are searching a home and a landfill in connection with a 34-year-old woman last seen on November 29 in New Port Richey.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said the home they’re looking into belong’s to Kathleen Moore’s boyfriend.

A longtime friend of Moore’s, Jessica Brumett, told WFLA that she chatted with her friend on Facetime Messenger on November 28 when she was at a friend’s in Largo. Brumett said Moore left her car there and took an Uber to her boyfriend’s in New Port Richey, about 25 miles away. Brumett told the station that Moore had Facetimed another friend, saying she’d had an argument with her boyfriend and was waiting for an Uber to leave.

The sheriff’s office said she was last seen at about 1 a.m. November 29.

Moore is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a long black shirt, black jeans and black shoes.

Anyone with information should call the Pasco Sheriff’s Non-Emergency Line at 727-847-8102, option 7.
