Georgia Man Kills Ex-Girlfriend After Luring Her To ‘Fight’ With His Current Girlfriend

Three people have been charged with murder and aggravated assault after police say they ambushed and killed a Georgia woman they lured into a “fight” with her ex-boyfriend’s current girlfriend.

De’ja McCrary arrived at the Camelot Condominiums in South Fulton on May 25 with her 4-year-old son in the car, WXIA reported.

South Fulton Police said that her ex-boyfriend, Colvin Lindsey, set up the situation for McCrary to “fight” Teandra Brox. Another suspect, Aquala Barnes, told police she texted McCrary with the location of the fight.

When she showed up, she was shot and killed. WXIA didn’t say if police knew who pulled the trigger, but Lindsey was also charged with possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Police said McCrary’s son suffered some minor scratches.

Jail records show that all three defendants face gang-related charges as well.
