FOUND SAFE: Indianapolis Police Search for Missing Toddler

An Indianapolis toddler was found safe Thursday night and reunited with her family, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Original story:

Indianapolis police are asking for help finding a toddler missing from the east side of the city.

Jailee Latson, 2, is described as 2 feet 10 inches tall and 35 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, police said.

Investigators released a surveillance video showing a woman at the end of a driveway they say Latson “is and/or was with” and “may have knowledge of Jailee’s whereabouts.”

“The woman is Hispanic and appears to be holding a small child in the video,” police said, asking that the woman or anyone who can identify her contact them.

The video was shot about two blocks from where the little girl disappeared and at about the same time.

Police said it’s unknown if the little girl wandered away or if foul play was involved.
