Cleveland Police on Thursday asked for help finding 16-year-old Suhail Gramajo, who they said was missing and endangered.

Police described Gramajo as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and camo pants, WOIO reported.

Investigators did not say when Gramajo was reported missing.
