Non-Custodial Mom Leaves Residence Facility With Toddler Son

San Francisco police are searching for a mother who left a residential facility with her toddler son on Friday and has not been seen since.

Chelsea Tamulevich, 38, does not have custody of the 1-year-old boy, Caspian Tamulevich, and is barred by court order from leaving the facility with him, police said in a statement.

Chelsea Tamulevich is descried as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 130 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was wearing all white clothing when she last last seen. The toddler has brown hair and eyes.

They were last seen at about 5:30 p.m. on Friday in the 200 block of Ashbury Street.

Investigators ask anyone who sees one or both of them to call 911 and report their location and description. Anyone with information should call the SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You may remain anonymous.
