3 Dead, 3 Wounded in Shooting at Whiskey Barrel Saloon in Oklahoma City

Three men were shot dead and three other people wounded Saturday night at an Oklahoma City bar.

The three fatalities were all pronounced dead at Whiskey Barrel Saloon, KWTV reported.

One of the the two wounded victims was said to be in critical condition, while the other two had non-life-threatening injuries.

Police initially said a suspect was in custody but later retracted that and said they have no leads on a suspect.

The shooting happened relatively early in the evening — about 9 p.m. — according to KOCO.  Lt. Jeff Cooper, a spokesperson for the Oklahoma City Police Department, described the incident as “chaotic” to CBS News as patrons in the crowded bar scrambled for cover.

No further information was released on Sunday, but Cooper said he expected investigators to have more information to share on Monday.
