Suspect Robs Store With Nintendo ‘Duck Hunt’ Zapper Gun

A North Carolina man was arrested on Tuesday for robbing a store with a fake gun from the 80s Nintendo game “Duck Hunt.”

WBTV reported that David Dalesandro, 25, was wearing a wig, mask, and hooded sweatshirt when robbing the Sharon Kwik Stop. Dalesandro allegedly brandished the NES Zapper, which had been painted, to get $300 from the clerk.

Authorities apprehended Dalesandro down the road at a Dollar General. The fake gun was located in his pants, York County police said.

Law&Crime reported that Dalesandro is charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon, petit larceny, and “wearing masks and the like.”
