BOLO: Two Teen Girls Missing from Same Georgia High School in Same Month

Police in Georgia are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two teen girls who attend the same Gwinnett County high school and disappeared in the same month.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, the Gwinnett Police Department issued a missing person alert for Nevaeh “Ashley” Bell, last seen May 24 in the parking lot of Parkview High School in Lilburn.

Ashley was seen walking toward the student parking lot a little after 10:30 a.m., following an exam on the last day of school. Campus police said she put a laptop in her sister’s car, then placed a debit card on the car’s windshield, according to KAKE.

The teen’s phone was shut off several hours later and she hasn’t been active on social media. She doesn’t have access to a vehicle or money and did not bring identification or any additional clothes.

Ashley was last seen wearing a white shirt and brown tights with white and brown shoes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches and weighs around 145 pounds.

“At this point, Ashley Bell is considered a missing endangered child,” the department said on Twitter.

According to 11 Alive News, Gwinnett County police are also searching for another Parkview student, identified as 15-year-old Leila Novljakovic. She was last seen on May 16 at her home on Ridgewood Drive in Lilburn. She left for school and never returned, according to police.

Gwinnett police said that Leila’s phone last pinged in Atlanta on June 6.

Leila is described as a white female with red hair and hazel eyes. She stands 5 feet 9 inches and weighs around 200 pounds. She was last seen in gray sweatpants, a maroon shirt, black flip-flops with white writing, and carried a pink backpack.

Police said Leila has a tattoo of a heart with a circle on her left wrist, scarring on her left forearm, and a piercing in her left nostril.

Anyone with information on either of the girls’ whereabouts should call GCPD at 770.513.5300. Anonymous tipsters should call Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta at 404.577.TIPS (8477) or visit the Crime Stoppers website.
