FOUND SAFE: Amber Alert Issued for Abducted, 14-Day-Old Twin Boys

UPDATE

Michigan State Police say two newborn twins have been found safe, FOX 8 reports. No additional details are immediately available.

Original Story

An Amber Alert has been issued for two twin boys believed to have been kidnapped by two unknown women from a hotel in Livonia.

Matthew Jace Bridges and Montana Alexander Bridges are 14 days old, the Livonia Police Department said. The two women are believed to be in a black Jeep Cherokee with chrome trim around the rear passenger windows.

Lolita Vann, the boys’ grandmother, told WJBK that her daughter and family were staying at a hotel because their home had been broken into. She believes a woman who reached out to her daughter on Facebook offering help  may be responsible for the abduction.

Police provided photos of the twins and surveillance images of the two women and their vehicle. Anyone with information should contact them at 734-466-2470, ext 2 or 911.
