The body of a missing Texas woman was found Sunday morning at a house in McKinney.

Police said Heather Louise Schwab, 35, had been reported missing, but provided no further information, 35-year-old Heather Louise Schwab. They said information led them to apply for a search warrant for the home of Chad Christopher Stevens, 42.

They found the body and arrested Stevens, charging him with tampering with evidence and assault causing bodily injury.

Detectives said the investigation was in its early stages and asked anyone with information  to call Detective Monte Robertson at 972-547-2724.
