FOUND SAFE: AMBER Alert Issued for Washington Girl, 14, Possibly with Adult Male

A 14-year-old girl who was the center of an AMBER Alert was found in King County, Washington, after disappearing last week, according to West Richland police. An adult male who was also being sought by police is currently being questioned by King County law enforcement.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a Washington girl who could be with an adult male, police say, after vanishing last week.

According to the West Richland Police Department, 14-year-old Emma Liudhal was last seen in the Pasco area at around 3 p.m. on November 24. She’s believed to be with a 35-year-old man identified as Perez-Osorio.

The pair could be traveling in a 2006 blue 4-door Honda Civic with Oregon plate CK05169.

Emma is described as a white female who stands 5 feet 1 inch tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen in a black skirt, black boots, white leggings, and a  a dark brown sweatshirt.

Perez-Osorio stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen in a white sweatshirt with blue letters “CA” and black pants.
