Indianapolis police are looking for a 29-year-old person they say may be in need of medical attention.

Cassandra Ritchison was last seen on December 2, police said.

Ritchison, last seen on Eskenazi Avenue in northwestern Indianapolis, is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

No further information was released.
