FOUND SAFE: Amber Alert Issued for 2 Year Old Girl Abducted by Wanted Dad

Virginia Beach Police said Sunday that 2-year-old Zuri Dorsey was found safe outside Charlotte, North Carolina, and her abductor, her 27-year-old father Deandre Alante Dorsey, is in custody.

Authorities in Virginia have issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old girl belived abducted Saturday morning by her estranged father.

Zuri Dorsey is believed to be in extreme danger, Virginia Beach Police said. She is believed to be with 27-year-old Deandre Alante Dorsey.

Zuri is 2 feet tall and weighs 34 pounds with brown hair and eyes. When last seen, she was wearing only underpants and a jacket.

Dorsey is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black jogger pants.

Police said Dorsey has six outstanding warrants against him in Virginia Beach and is diabetic and may not have his medication with him.

They were last seen in the 1300 block of Sapphire Drive in Virginia Beach.

Virginia State Police said they may be traveling in a red 2015 Honda Accord with North Carolina plates RAZ9972
