AMBER Alert: California Girl Missing Nearly a Week, Possibly with 43-year-old Man

The California Highway Patrol issued an AMBER Alert for a 13-year-old girl believed to be in the company of an adult male.

According to the alert, Raine Gonzales was last seen in Brawley on December 10, near I and 18th streets, in Imperial County. She was seen “leaving her apartment complex,” the FBI said, according to Patch.

She stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey sweatpants, a backpack, and a dark-colored jacket.

Police say she is with Lorenzo Guerrero, 43, although the relationship between the pair is unclear. He’s described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He has a bald head, black eyes and was last seen wearing jeans, a hat, and a jersey with the number “44” on it.

The pair could be traveling in a silver 2007 Mercedes C230 with a California license plate, 5ZFS158. The FBI said that the vehicle belongs to the victim’s family.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to contact 911 immediately, the Brawley Police Department at 760-344-2111, or the FBI‘s San Diego office at 858-320-1800.
