‘High Risk’ North Dakota Sex Offender Leaves GPS Monitor on Bismarck Street, Disappears

Authorities in North Dakota are looking for a “high-risk sex offender” who ditched his GPS bracelet on a Bismarck street on Wednesday and disappeared.

Calvin Payne, 32, is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on either side of his nose as well on each side of his neck, according to the Morton County Sheriff’s Office, which posted Bismarck PD’s press release on Facebook.

Payne was out of jail on supervision on several drug charges and failure to register as a sex offender, twice.
